Who we are

Urban Jungle Care ("we", "us") operates the website www.urbanjungle.care, the Urban Jungle Care mobile app and the social media accounts that carry the Urban Jungle Care name. These terms apply to your use of the website and the app. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Use of the service

You may use the website and the app for your own, non-commercial plant care. You may not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our guides, images or app content without our written permission, and you may not use the service in a way that harms it or other users.

Plant care information

Our guides and the advice in the app are general information based on common horticultural practice. Plants, homes and sensors differ, so results vary. We do not guarantee that following our advice keeps a plant alive, and we are not liable for damage to plants, property or health that follows from using the service. Some plants are toxic to people or pets; check before you buy.

Accounts and sensors

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the accuracy of the plants and sensors you add. Readings from Bluetooth sensors are shown as received; we cannot correct faulty hardware.

Social media

We publish our guides on our own social media accounts through the platforms' official interfaces. Those posts are subject to each platform's own terms. We never post to your accounts.

Changes and termination

We may change the service or these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
